1. Who is responsible

ZABA & ZINGO is the controller for the personal data processed when you create and use your account. Contact: privacy@zabazingo.eu.

2. What we collect

• Account data: user name, email address, password (hashed), account type.
• Optional contact data for messaging consent: phone number (for WhatsApp / SMS), if you provide it.
• Usage data needed to run the service (files you store, security logs).

3. Purposes & legal basis

• Providing the service and your account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Marketing by email and WhatsApp / SMS — only with your separate, opt-in consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
• Security, fraud prevention and legal obligations (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

4. Marketing consent & withdrawal

The marketing opt-in at sign-up is voluntary and not required to use the service. Withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link in any message, by replying STOP to SMS/WhatsApp, or by emailing privacy@zabazingo.eu.

5. Hosting & storage

Data is hosted on Swiss / EU infrastructure. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. To exercise them, contact privacy@zabazingo.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Terms of service

By creating an account you agree to use ZABA & ZINGO lawfully and not to misuse the service. Full terms are in legal review and will be published here.
